The domain mapping service is a Monthly service of Puzl.

It allows members to map an external domain they already own (directly registered by the member) and make it point to their Puzl website. Domain Mapping is more than domain forwarding, as the permalinks and URL of the website will contain the purchased domain (www.example.com), and not anymore the Puzl sub-domain (example.puzl.com).

The Domain mapping Service of Puzl is available for a monthly fee; fee which can be found in the “Puzl™ Premium” section of Members’ “control panel”. Fees will depend on the period for which you are prepaying the service. It is understood that this fee does not include the price of having a professional domain, fee which should be paid in addition to the Domain mapping Service of Puzl.

Once activated, the Domain Mapping Service still requires a manual configuration to assure that it functions. Members will be required to configure the owned domain they wish to use for their Puzl website, for it to point to Puzl’s servers. This is achieved by changing the IP address of the domain to the IP address mentioned in the “domain / URL” section of Members’ “control panel” change which needs to be applied within the administration interface of the owned domain (from the domain registrar or reseller where the domain was bought). Once completed, the domain mapping should function within a few minutes but may take up to 48h or more to function, depending on individual domain providers’ terms and conditions. Puzl is not responsible for any impossibility to implement domain mapping pertained to resellers and registrars.

Once the change in the IP address confirmed, the Member is required to go to the “Site Settings”, “Domain / URL” section of the “Admin Panel” and indicate in the required field the URL of the domain own, being the same domain confirmed to be used for his Puzl website.

Once activated, Members’ Puzl subdomain will redirect customers to the newly activated professional domain.

Puzl does not currently give the possibility to purchase domains on the Site. Puzl does not take any responsibility for the purchase, renewal or good functioning of the domain Members have purchased with a third party.

Puzl premium proposes different Premium Services Discount based on:

• The number of units; the more units is purchased the larger the discount will be.
• Premium packages; grouping different services each, with a specific number of units leading to further discounts
• Coupon discounts; proposed as part of the marketing of Puzl. These are manually activated by Members by adding the “Coupon Code” to their cart. The Coupon code may only function once per user and have a validity date. Coupons discount can apply to a specific service or the full order.

When purchasing a Monthly Service, a Member is required to indicate the period of time he wishes to pre-pay the Premium Service for. At the end of the initial term of the Premium Service, and in the event that the Premium Service was not renewed, the benefits of Premium Service will be automatically removed from the Website of the Member; the website returning to its previous state.

No Puzl Premium Services are based on Subscription. When purchasing a Monthly Service, Members will prepay the Premium Service for a specific period of time. Once the period is over, and if the Monthly Service is not renewed, the Premium Service option will be de-activated and the Member’ site will return to its previous state.

Puzl does not currently propose an auto-renewal option for its Premium Services. Members are informed both by mail and with alerts inside their “Control Panel” of the expiring of a service but are required to manually extend the period of activation of a Premium Service. Puzl cannot be kept responsible for the malfunctioning of such alerts or emails. The Member is ultimately responsible for the renewal of the Premium Services purchased with Puzl for its website.

All Premium Services of Puzl are non-refundable. Once purchased, a Member cannot request for a refund for the unused service except for cancellations decided by Puzl and not pertained to a wrongful use of the Member. In this case, the remaining portion of the fees will be reimbursed proportionally to the remaining period of time till the expiration of the Service (see cancellation). Puzl does not reimburse pre-payment of its Premium Services.

The Member must follow the purchase procedure on Puzl to take out a Premium Service. The cost of the service and the means of payment are mentions in the “Puzl™ Premium” accessible online in member’s “Control Panel”.

The Member’s bank account/credit card/PayPal account is debited directly upon purchase of a Premium Service part of an Order.

Puzl is operated by a UK Limited Company, Vasco Web LTD. As such, members purchasing Premium Services from Puzl are accountable to pay the rate of Value Added Tax in the UK applicable for relevant services on the date of the order.

Puzl fully complies with European Cross Border VAT law following those rules:

• A UK company purchasing a Premium Service will always be charged at the UK VAT rate applicable for relevant service on the order date
• A Company part of the European Union will be charged at the UK VAT rate applicable for relevant service on the order date, unless indicating in their Official VAT registration Number in the “Billing Information” section of their “Control panel” prior to confirming the Order and proceeding to payment. If such number is indicated and validated by Puzl’ system, the Member will be charge Premium Services excluding any VAT. The generated invoice will state that a 0% (zero percent) VAT charge was added to the order.
• A company located outside of Europe is not accountable to pay any VAT on the Orders made in Puzl and are therefore charged a 0% (zero percent) VAT rate.
• An individual based in Europe purchasing a Premium Service will always be charged at the UK VAT rate applicable for relevant service on the order date.
• An Individual located outside of Europe is not accountable to pay any VAT on Orders made in Puzl and is therefore charged a 0% (zero percent) VAT rate.

A Member proceeding to Payment but not making any payments within the PayPal interface will see his Order appear in the “Purchase History” within the “Puzl™ Premium” section of the “Control Panel” with an “Unpaid” status.

Until PayPal confirms payment of the Order, the Premium Services are not activated within the Member’s interface; the Order becoming visible in the “Purchase History” within the “Puzl™ Premium” section of the “Control Panel” with a “Pending” status.

Once PayPal confirms the Payment of the Order, the purchased Premium Services are automatically and instantly activated, the Order status changing to “Paid” within the “Purchase History” of the Member. The Invoice is then automatically generated and available within the “Purchase History” section of the Member’s account.

Once generated, an invoice cannot be modified or edited. A Member is requested to verify his Billing Information prior to confirming order and proceeding to the payment of the Order with PayPal. The Billing Information is automatically created using the information indicated by the Member during the first three steps of his website’s creation process. This Billing Information is modifiable at all time within the “Billing Information” section of “Puzl™ Premium” within Members’ “Control Panel”. Once modified, the new Billing Information will only apply to the next Order and not to any already processed Orders or Order with a “Pending” status.

If Monthly Services are included in an Order, the calculation of the period for which the Premium Services have been subscribed for will start from the moment the payment is confirmed by PayPal and the Order status changes to “Pay” within the “Purchase History” section of “Puzl™ Premium” section of the “Control Panel”.

If PayPal does not confirm Order, and the Order remains with a pending status, services will not be activated.

A Member may manually cancel an Order by refusing payment of Order within the PayPal interface. Canceling payment in PayPal will lead to Order status changing to “Cancelled”.

Puzl reserves the right to cancel Services at any time without compensation for the user.

Fees paid in advance for Services cancelled by Puzl will be refunded proportionally to the unused period of time till the expiration of the Service. A voucher for Puzl Services can also be proposed to the Member as a substitution for monetary refund. In this case, the Member will still be free to accept voucher or monetary refund at his convenience.. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.) Setup fees are non-refundable if the Service is properly implemented.

For Members’ cancellation requests, all fees paid in advance are Non-Refundable. Cancellation request by Members must be done in writing via e-mail with a valid signature of the primary contact of the account, account name and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 calendar days prior to cancellation. Cancelation by phone or email requests do not constitute acceptance of any cancellation without written confirmation from Puzl.

Members will be billed to the completion of the current billing cycle whether it be monthly, quarterly or yearly. Puzl has up to 30 calendar days to deactivate Members’ account, email address(s), etc.
